Well it's almost march 2012 and this number is still used by kaiser appointments. I called them up to verify that it is what it is and they said yes. It's not surprising that some of you get spam from these numbers because of phone number spoofing.You will always get a busy tone if you call back, you'll need to call the medical center to where you've made the appointment.
Yes, Just got a call from Kaiser too. But they leave an automated message now.For me it was just a reminder to take my test which came in the mail.
I've got bad news for you Radtech.I too recieved this phone call from Jaiser, looking for a Theresa xxxxxx (I won't give her last name)Saying she had an apointment for a mamogram test on wed.So I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say, "It's for medical information. There is a thing called HIPPA which is a law to keep patient info confidential. So they are not going to just leave a message for someone else besides YOU, the patient, to hear. I work for KP".Ps: I don't have Kaiser insurance and never have. How they got my number is beyond me.

I don't answer unknown #'s.Glad to know its Kaiser (from this site) and yes I had an upcoming appointment.I also opted for a email reminder, so not sure why they bothered to call still.They ask you when making your appointment how you want to be reminded.
wow...they called my phone twice, no caller ID and left no message. When I call the number, nothing but a busy signal. Kaiser huh? Seems to me they have the resources to do better than that.
It's Kaiser. They left a message for me, but I had already looked the number up before listening to the message.
