I received two from this number. On the 2nd call they left a voicemail reminder of my Kaiser dental appointment. It is legitimate. I have an appointment in two days.

It's Kaiser's appointment reminder number. It's legit. If you're not a Kaiser patient, maybe there's a Kaiser patient who used to have your number. I know it's annoying when they keep calling, though. They don't leave a message because it's considered a privacy issue.
