Called just now, did not answer, when machine picked, they hung up.

No message left, Now blocked! Microsoft scam apparently.

DOJ huh? Maybe you can explain why the same number is calling a few years later! Its a Mumbai based scam so whats up?

called at 8am on a Sat & woke me. No voicemail left. Reported to donotcall.gov

states they are windows support and said i downloaded a virus i told them that i did not reguister with them I asked him for the business address for Global Technologies. At that point his (supervisor) took over. He spoke English with a little less thickness but you still clearly tell he was from another country. I asked who I was speaking to and he said his name was john wilson I asked him where he was from and he said he was from Ohio I also stated that the call came form Ca and he said that they got my telephone number from there data base and I provided it to them they also said that I could not do anything about this and I said I was going to report to the FCC and FTC and he said they will not do anything because I was asking stupid questions this is a scam he had and indian accent

Same scammer called on a Sat morning and asked for a Ms. Owens (no one here by that name).Then told me he was with "Computer Resources".I hung up on him and reported to donotcall.gov

Robot call. Apparently all their people were busy, so no one was available to talk to me when I picked up. Line went dead after 20 seconds.Too bad no one was available. I could have wasted up to 20 minutes of their time.

We received a call from this number and the guy identified himself as our "computer support manager". I informed him that he was not, but what company did he work for. He asked me how I knew he wasn't in our company's computer support team and I informed him that, since we only have one guy who maintains our computers, I knew he was not with our company. The accent was a giveaway. He informed me that, regardless of that, he was with our computer support team and that he was just trying to help me. I asked him to remove us from his call list which he refused to do. I asked again and he said no and that he would keep calling us. So I asked for his name, number, and the name of the company he worked for. He asked why and I informed him that he had called a law firm and, since he would not remove us from the call list and had informed me he would continue to call us, I had every intention of reporting him and giving that information to one of the attorneys who works for our firm to do with as they saw fit. He hung up. I redialed the last received call on my phone and it came up with this number. Fun.
