bottom line pay your bill, or you will be collected against, we will contact you at wrk to embarass you there, and we will contact your friends and family to motivate you to pay to stop such sort of contact, unfortunetly for you, the particular collectors in question are good! sooo therefore you won't be able to scrounge up hard evidence of wrong doing, the shock is just your pride messing with you. someone is finally putting y ouin your place

This Mike guy is a real winner. I filed bankruptcy 8 years ago and he is trying to collect a debt that was written off and account closed. In the 8 years I have never heard a word or recieved any kind of document from this company.. He called my place of employment yesterday and almost got me fired!! He told my boss that I owed money, he was a collectore and that he was going to sue me for the balance and to be prepared that a sherrif would show up at my place of employment and either serve me or arrest me..... Oh and when I questioned if the debt was mine he gave me a PO box that I never had and a city that I never lived in !!!!! and then he told me that he had a handwriting professional analyze my signature and it indeed was mine!!! then he said that I would have to pay for that too !! I told him that I wanted copies of what he had and he said "nope"... all for $137.00 debt...

I had the opportunity to talk to a debt collector named Syd Cohen and in the time we spoke,I was super pleased that my debt was being handled by him.He was very empathetic with me,didn't judge me and even said that,he himself was struggling financially which made me feel that i wasn't alone in this problem.We set up a payment plan and I have to say that he is one of the nicest people that I have spoken to about my bills.Too bad that there aren't more like him.Who ever is in charge there,please do all you can to keep him happy as he is a wonderful representation of your outfit.Thanks again Syd and look forward to working with you.
