Well i did a lil research after michael oppenhiemer called me. He told me i owed the bank i use $892.85, which i don't. If you look on the better business bureau weinerman and associates score a F. They are not accredited. So if you gave them money you need to take legal action. And some advice for everyone: if you don't know the company look to the better business bureau before you pay for services or debts.

I just got a called from Weinerman Assoc. I called them back and a guy answers the phone by the name of Micheal Oppenheimer stating that this wasn't going to be a pleasant call. He continued talking to me and I couldn"t get a word in. I ended up arguing with him and he said that it was in my best discission if I would lower my tone cause I had no idea what he was calling me about. Then he stated that he was a lender to collect a debt from me from 5/3 bank in the amount of $1598.33. He then tried to say that the bank issued a bank statement to me through the mail reguarding this info and I never recieved anything. He then assumed to tell me that he knows the bank sent copies because he had a copy of it. I told him just because he had a copy doesn't mean that I recieved one. I then asked him about the $1598.33 in debt that I was in and how did I accomplish this debt and he said it was either a check or a debit card. I then told him that I never wrote out a check and my debit card cant recieve that much cash nwhen there is no funds in the account. He said that we can settle this and I can make monthly payments to him to get this debt clear and have my name taken from a check list so I can open another checking account. I then agreed to the monthly statement cause I didnt know what else to do. But the number he called me from was 952-388-0486 and it was his office number and it goes straight to Micheal Oppenheimer office. I'm so confused now and just dont know what to do. So can you all please help me resolve this problem or give me some info cause I don't want to be scammed for this amount of money. Thank You!

I'm concerned that I could be next, if you are in fact stating the facts regarding Lionel Payne. Is he still married to the both of you? I was under the impression that he was divorced and that they live in MN. If you wouldn't mind sharing more, I love to know, since the last thing I want to do is be lied to or have anything worse happen. I truly appreciate it and sorry to hear what happened to you.
