i received a call from michael oppenheimer last friday when i called back about 9:30 at night he answerd i stated who i was and gave my number then he said this isnt going to be a plesant phone call. He wouldnt let me speak at all he had made criminal threats against me said that i misused banks accounts to us bank i told him that wasnt true he also claimed that i tryed to open up other bank accounts which also isnt true the account was closed 2 years and received no letter from him. He then stated to me that it is not his problem. By the end of the phone call i was having a panic attack i told him i would pay the debt that i owed he said ok then where is my money. He then stated to me that if i try to run and hide from him that he will find me i was scared to death. He then stated that im lucky i called him because he was getting ready to sue me the next day and put me behind bars as he stated the next day i called us bank to make sure that i really did infact how this debt and i did i was more than happy to my pay off my debt i wasnt even aware that i had one because it had been 2 years ago. i am so glad that i didnt pay him he tryed to scam me out 1500 dollars. i also found out that him and the whole business work for the portfolio management they in fact had my account i payed them and was promised that everything would be taken care of. Dont trust anybody that says you owe debt find out the facts frist call and a lawyer like i did. The owners name of this group is DREW TAYLOR!!! not monty payne as he claims these collection people have what they call work names. you can reach him at 1-952-913-5718 he is the one who is hiring these people to harass you. I have tryed to get a hold of drew taylor since friday and now that he has my money and the debt is paid he refuses to return my calls. I am letting mr. taylor and anyone who works for either one of these businesses that i have infact obtained a lawyer and will be suing them i let drew taylor know that i got a lawyer because of michael oppenheimer on friday. im sure that drew taylor is laughing right now thinking he can get away with this well he cant!!!!

YOU LIED TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING. and because of you i had to get a lawyer to protect myself from you. you should behind bars. telling me that if i try to run and hide from you that you will find me. and just so you know i recorded our whole converstation and had it sent to the laywer. i hope your happy. i never want to hear from you ever again.

I just got a call From Weinerman, no voicemail, if they don't call me back I'm going to call and see what they want.If the monkeys they have working there (and I say this based on their apparent lack of spelling, grammar, and social skills) can send some sort of actual evidence that I owe them money, which I'm thinking is a longshot at this point.. I'll post back about it. If not.. I'll throw some more fuel on the "this is a total scam" fire.p.s.... this is what a real post by an actual person looks like.. maybe you fakers should take note

I worked with Monty Payne or as he was listed Lionel Thomas Taylor Payne. I could tell something was off with his "stories". I was never involved with him, just worked with him but he couldn't keep his stories straight. Pretty sure his past caught up to him. I think he went away for a bit if you know what I mean. He has a fiancé up in IL but if you search for him, there is no divorce record from his first marriage. He is the con artist's of con artists! I'm sorry he scammed you all. He is a bad person and Karma will catch up to him one day.

How long did u work with him? He has a Fiance?? Prob not anymore considering the circumstances..yes karma is a [***] and bite him hard after reading all these women he was involved with..does any of this women speak with him anymore or visit him where every his at? Obviously reading all this posts he has made a mess..good luck to the so called fiancé if there's even one with all this so called stories. Gheeze..I feel bad for everyone who was involved with him!! Monty is bald with a weirdly larger head and very muscular. He is mixed nationality. He works out all the time and eats healthy. He loves ice-cream. Yes, he has tattoos but I have not seen them to know what they are. His first wife's name started with an M as well. He has lived in MN, IL, TN and NC as far as I know. When I saw his car, it had TN plates but not sure if that was a rental or not. I worked with him for just under 3 years. I knew something was up with him after I met him. His stories didn't add up. I hope all the women reading this post just moves on from him.
