call the police asap!!! they tryed to scam me out of 1500$ a few weeks ago don't trust any of them trust me get a lawyer asap!! like i did they wont stop especailly michael oppenheimer he made crimnial threats against me im just trying to help. let me know if you need anything they are going to keep calling because they think that you are hiding the person that they are looking for. if you know for a fact that you do not have any debt call the police and file suit against them asap!!!

They call randomly.....very randomly with an automated voice mail saying they have urgent business. I called them back trying to explain that they had the wrong number, and a gentleman answered saying he was an Attorney for Weisman & Associates. I called him back at 7:30pm. Do you honestly expect me to believe that an debt collection attorney is at work this late? I highly doubt it.When I asked him how he got my phone number he stated that I gave it to him. What a joke.....I haven't filed any lawsuites and I have not been seeking any legal action in any form. They are just trying to get some information from anyone they can if you want my opinion. I have labeled this number as "Don't Know" in my phone. It's a joke.

You know When my mother was contacted at home by weinerman and associates my mother was very upset and of course so was I. After getting over the anger and embarrassment due to my lack of better judgement and mismanagement I called the Sydney Cohen up.....sydney was apologetic but of course like most bill collectors very firm.His demands were very aggressive but after careful consideration, so is the acct holder agreement.Regardless of how you feel when any collector calls you and before you loosely throw out the term "harrassment"...consider this.Do your family and friends a favor and find a way to pay it any way you can so they dont have deal with these calls.Quit the self loathing and quit playing the stupid shell games us dtrs always play and do whats right.This was something we all know we did.I you really dont have the money..break down your fincls for them cuz they hear it all the time.If they still keep after you then they are a moron that is wasting their own time.If its truly fraud...produce a police report or an affadavit of fraud..surely you know about this already? I used to do collections in college so I know what these people go through as well as most of us dtrs go through.Thanks weinerman and [***] for working with me to resolve my matter.With responsibility comes a great sense of purpose and virtue.

I just received a harassing call from Mr. O. Need advice.

You assume much,that everyone breaks the law that tried to collect a debt,which isn't true however when you borrow money and not repaying,isnt that theft? Quit taking an antagonistic stance against the law.That is totally wrong of you and you should rot in hell for being that way.You obviously are some kind of demented individual to not realize that you have to repay your debts.Grow up!!!!

Michael Oppenheimer is part of the scam group which was profiled on 48 hours and is now under investigation by feds so we will see who pays their debt

dr jaun....first i said in my previous posts that you should try and pay the debt,but first pay your rent,utilities and food then if you have something left over and make a payment,,,if you don't have any monies left over then the debt collection company can wait..i also said if you can make payment arrangements with original creditor then do it because we all know that sleazy collection companies like yours will lie and rip you off..what do you expect these people to do they lost there jobs because of the banks screwing up the economy,now there on unemployment making less money but the food and rent got increases.the only reason why your on here is because it affects your commission,,it hurts when you make only 10.00 an hour and no commission,i bet when you go home debt collectors are calling you and now you have to take desperate measures so you lie to the debtors that they will be arrested and use scare tactics...you say i assume to much well lets go to a web-site BUDHIBBS.COM bring your mouse to agencies don't click the mouse but the word WATCHLIST will appear and click on that and you will see over 240 sleazy debt collection companies violating the fdcpa and bud hibbs is a consumer advocate for over 25 years and he close down the sleazy debt companies and law firms also.ill give you two companies...NCO calls this women whose husband is in Iraq fighting the war and the low life debt collector says to her that they will have her husband dishonorable discharge from the military unless you send me x-amount of monies..the other low life company NORTH AMERICAN ASSET was on TV secretly being tapped and you can see all the violations the company made and one of the owners went to prison for stealing peoples monies..this in only two of the companies out of 240 companies and you say i assume to much.PEOPLE make these sleazy low life collection companies validate the debt..YOU WANT FULL VALIDATINGWHEN YOU OPEN AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNTALL CHARGES AND PAYMENTS MADEHOW THEY ACCRUED THE INTEREST SO YOU CAN DO THE MATH BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS MAKE MISTAKES WHEN THEY DO THE INTEREST BUT THE BEST PART THE MISTAKE ARE ALWAYS IN THERE FAVOR.YOU WANT THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH YOUR SIGNATUREIF THEY CANT VALIDATE THE DEBT,.,THEN THE DEBT IS INVALIDTHE LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE. .no sir you should rot in hell for being a low-life sleazy debt collector

I called ole mikey oppenheimer and a lady asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted to collect a debt from him - she told me that was illegal - I told her that they had just called for someone that does not live at this number and said the exact same thing so what is good for him was good for me - she seemed somewhat confused and I left her that way. They are very aware of the law and were profiled them on 48 hours this last weekend the show provided an email where companies like theirs can be listed and they will investigate so I would say lets send in info on "WEINERMAN [***]" as it said on my phone.
