Just updated my CareerBuilder 2 nights ago. 7 or 8 emails from different Life Insurance companies, last night and throughout the day, then this call tonight. Didn't answer, checked VM. Automated recording, asking for Zip. I provided it...all representatives are busy....yada yada yada. What a crappy way to SH#T on somebody's parade. Just when you think you may have a chance at a new job that you applied for, and boom, complete BULLSH#T!

I received a call from this phone number at 6:15 pm EST on 27May. Same message - qualified resume and press 1. some funky scam.
This is sickening. I also received this message. When it didn't leave the company name I automatically assumed something was wrong with my phone and that it probably cut out. However, after reading all of this, I'm not going to call back and hope this company gets caught, wherever they are. How terrible to do this when so many people are actively searching for good, honeset jobs.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
