sorry, no, the place has been illegal since they opened... owner--already had felony for illegal activity,,, do you know your facts?
many people working there do not even know they are doing illegal things, violations of many laws... they aren't going to tell you, they just tell you what to do and maybe people should start asking why.......
Belive me I can supply more proof than you can handle...... you seriously do not know what they have been involved in...have broken several laws in their procedures.... trust me.... owner is known felon, look it up.....
no again, you are wrong, not fired my friend.... shouldn't be so judgemental there... you have no idea,....proof ??? would that be all the forgeries going on, or would it be all the wrong information and lying on the affidavits?? o wait, maybe tampering with the credit reports pulled,, i don't know, you tell me....
I'm just Curious. I have Wells Fargo, and I'm Not going through any forclosure...so during the last couple years of these post, people keep mentioning Wells Fargo. However when I called Wells Fargo to verify, they told me that they are not aware of Provest. For everyone that keeps responding to post it seems like no one that actually works for Provest can explain that "if Wells Fargo is the client" than why is Wells Fargo saying they have no clue who Provest is. And esp. in my case, and some others I've seen, we are not in forclosure proceedings, so please explain that part, since you work for the company.Thanks.
Received phone call today from Provest LLC looking for information about my neighbor. They asked specifically if I knew them, if they stilled lived there, etc. My response to them was I'm not answering any of their questions and I think it's very unethical to call me looking for information about my neighbor. They (Provest) is looking for me to be a rat. My neighbor's financial business is none of my business. They have no right bringing me into all of this. The number that came up on my caller id was 972-496-8700. Can't believe this is even legal.
What gives you the right to call my home and ask me questions about my neighbor? I don't care if he pays his bills or not; it's NONE OF MY BUSINESS. I do believe that it is illegal to discuss this with anyone except the person you scum bags are going after.
Provest LLC is a process serving company. The one I am most familiary with is in Tampa. They are currently under investigation for "sewer service." Claim to serve papers and throw them in the sewer, you lose your 20 days to answer the Lis Pendens, and your house is fast tracked to sale on the courthouse steps. It almost happened to me. Something told me something was wrong, I drove from Massachusetts to Florida, went to the court house and found papers indicating I was served at my Ma. home and refused to answer questions. Infact, on that date I was in California. It took a lot of money, time, and work to get these people to admit their guilt and pay me back. They will soon be closed up right as a tick for what they have done both in Florida and outside of Florida. Don't talk to them or give any information, someone's home could be sold out from under them. They are in cahoots and share a building with Attorney Stearn in Tampa who will also be doing time. This company and others like it have contributed to the housing mess. Provest is responsible for over 500 sales of homes out from under people with sewer service.
I got a strange phone call from this company today. They left a message on my cell phone for me to call them back at a toll free number and an extension. The young girl calling did not even say what the call was regarding or who she worked for. I googled the number and found this site. I am not behind on either of my mortgages or any other bills. I would not speak with people who do business like they do.
