If they're calling a number for someone who has the same name, with the exception of the middle initial, and of someone who has never been to an Ace "RIP OFF" Cash Express, and you tell them that and still call, I think that qualifies as being in the wrong. Oh yeah, and add the fact that all the while they're doing this they're definitely being rude...........................yeah, they're in the wrong. I hope they never get they're money back from whoever they lent it to. But it definitely wasn't me!!!!!! WRONG ONE!!!!!!
wonderful ideas guys.....got one just right now and I just smiled and told them they've gotten the wrong number and they hung up. Right after the call, I googled the number and got all you wonderful peoples comments. So sweeeeettt and funnnnyyy should I say.
This is the second time someone has called for a friend of my daughters from highschool (5 years ago), saying he has a CASE against her, and needed ME to contact her, threatening me.I told them never to call again, I dont know how to stop them, very upsetting.
I cashed a payroll check from my employer, Creative Solutions, at ACE. The check bounced. They are now telling me that I'm liable for it. They have been calling steadily for two months. I have to pay the debt. I don't understand why I'm responsible for a check that bounced when it was made out to me. I didn't write this check. This makes no sense to me.The person I spoke with was named Richard Kaplan.They called from 972-550-5000 but the number he left on my voice mail was 888-753-3100. His extension is 7596.
I cashed a check with ACE and THE NEXT DAY before I even knew it returned a Ms Griffin called me. My phone cut out and dropped the call bc I was in a bad reception area and she immediately called me SEVEN MORE TIMES! Are you kidding me??? When I did collect my toddler and get outside (in the pouring rain) so I could talk to her, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like I intentionally bounced a check and dropped her call just to annoy her. I realize ACE is collecting their own money, but she didn't even give me a chance to get the matter cleared up before hitting me like I was some deadbeat criminal! You people don't have the slightest idea what's going on in a person's life and NOTHING gives you the right to treat ANYONE that way. When I took my money to the center to pick up the check, the employee told me I was the second person that day to complain about her. Here's an idea, Ms Griffin.... Why don't you treat your check cashing customers like PEOPLE. Things happen which are beyond a person's control and if you want to keep your customers it would serve you well to treat them as you would want to be treated!
Got a call from 972-550-5000 on my cell phone and a man asked if this was a business or private phone. It is my business phone and when I told him he hung up. What is that all about?
