CAN THEY GARNISH YOUR WAGES??

OMFG these people are so [***] annoying.... i have random calls from area codes of 201, 402, 701, and 972. I mean wtf? I am about to change my cell phone number because of these random calls from completely different states in the U.S. Someone even left me a voicemail for "Lilliana Malissa" saying they needed to talk to me (them thinking I was Lilliana Malissa) about some court case. Wow. Seriously. Wtf is this [***]. I'm [***] 18. Get a [***] life.

Rcvd a call at my place of business today (i run the phones), a man asked for a person who that has never worked here. I am the oldest employee, i would know who has come and gone thru this office. told him all of that and he still insisted on talking to someone in my HR dept. he can verify with a social security number... i hung up on him and then he called back trying to dial someone directly.... i intercepted the call and told him again that, that person has not ever worked here. he insisted that he has spoken to her at this number... i dont think so!!! needless to say i *69 the number after the first call and came across this site and it coinsides with what im getting calls for today. tell them they do not work there, never have, and hang up. same thing when they call back. i hate these people calling places of business!!!Oh and they dont ever want to tell you the company they are calling on behalf of. Man was very rude immidiatly on the phone tried to expain to him that that debt had been taking care of by using a "payment plan" and he insisted i pay the full amount including the payments i had already made threatend to file a lawsuit against me for a bad check( Isnt that why people get payloans in the first place because they have no money??!LOL). He was soo disrespectful and rude, and i understand that i owed them but if i am already making payments i shouldnt be harrased!

I have a so-called friend who asked me if she could use my name as a reference so she could get a loan. I truly believed (stupidly) that there would be no problem; now this company calls me every so often at my job, asking if I know this so-called friend. I tell them "NO" and I cannot help them. How can I get them to stop calling me, I have not seen or heard from this so-called friend in a year. It is so annoying because I have always kept my record clean.

Got home and saw I had a message from this 9725505000 number. I don't remember the ladies' name who left the message but she said she was calling for me about a case that was brought to her office. I have never dealt with Ace and I don't know why they are calling me and know my full name. I don't mess with loans or advances because I think that more than likely it will put you in a worse situation that what you are already in. So my question is if I have never done business with these people why are they calling me???

Give 'em a good loud fart when they call...that's all they deserve.

Mr Theodore Porter with Dept. of Checks demanded to know where a person was who I do not know. The person had the same last name as me and the caller very aggressive when demanding to know what I knew about this person. I felt threatened and am reporting this company to the FTC. He called back a second time within 2 minutes and when I demanded information about him, he hung up on me.

It is actually ILLEGAL to threaten arrest or punitive actions over the phone or threaten to sue. You can take them down to Chinatown for that. Plus, there are stiff laws about what these type of opportunist lenders can and can't do to collect. Check it out online.
