Reported them to FBI. This is obviously a phishing scam. I called Citi back through my toll-free number on my card, and they said they had absolutely no reason to call me. Don't even think about giving your info out in a situation like this. Tell them you'll call back to verify THEIR identity, and do so immediately.

I got this call to my cellphone but I did not answer.

I am sick and tired of t the phone!!!!!!!hese "no name" calls. I am an elderly disabled woman and sick, sick, sick of having answer the phone. Some dam responsible person or agency NEEDS TO GET THESE PEOPLE.

I got a call on my personal cell phone from this number looking for my neighbor. I have NO idea how they got my phone number and I will be dang if I will give them any information. It isn't my responsibility to do this, nor is it right for them to call and bother me for someone else's credit problems. These people need to stop doing this.

I've been receiving calls for at least the last three weeks - sometimes 6 times a day on my cell phone. When ringing in all I can do is reject the call and it shows a computer ringing to a phone picture. Called the number back from my land line phone and they asked for my account number - I told them I don't know who you are and what you're looking for and to quit calling my number - They even called on Sat and Sunday at 8:30 in the morning (ARGGGHHH). They actually left a message looking for some Michael Borden whom I have no idea who it is. HOw can I stop them from calling my cell phone number. I don't want to change my number as I've had the same number for over 15 years.

In Spanish. They ask for you to hold the line for some important message. They call every day, several times a day. Is there a way to block a particular number from calling your cell?

I've been called at least once every day. Do not give your info to these losers.972-653-1000 <- They answer as Citycard, do not give em your info.

Came in with both 972-655-0010 and 972-655-1000, both with "CTI" shown. Never left a message or callback number. Other sites report similar responses as this one does.

they keep calling and leaving a message to call them back and then go through the same dialog - your name, telephone and account number.
