Just got a call from this number. Did not asnwer as I don't answer numbers I do not know. Reading other posts I see it's a spam call...how do these people get through? I'm on the DNC list.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
