I have received calls from this scammer from Nigeria for the last 4 years. They say there is a problem with my computer. They say they are from Microsoft. They ask you to turn it on and then they ask you to go to your files and look at a certain file, that's how they get into your computer and start to copy your records. They say there are files that have a yield sign next to them that to fix that, they need a payment of $200. Long story short, they speak in broken English, can't spell their "American names" and control you pc until they are done. I told them they needed to stay on the phone cuz I had many question. So, I bit the bullet and gave them my $200. I spoke to the bank on another phone and the advised me to stop the transaction. I got back on the phone and demanded them to stop and demanded my $ back. They said they can stop the process but not the payment. As time went on, my bank fought that scam and got my money back. I had to change my bank account immediately. I took my computer to the Geek Squad, and they said that what ever they did, they stopped the process before they started to copy my files. They explained that they have heard of this happening and weren't shocked like I was. Microsoft will never call you and tell you that the pc has a problem-ever. The last time, months ago, I answered a call from another number, they started out with the same pc crap. I asked "how can I have a pc problem, when I don't have one?" Received a call from these wack jobs. I kept saying hello over and over. The person had to keep starting his script each time. Ifinally started to laugh!! The scum hung up.

They called saying they were from windows and I had a problem with my computer. I play dumb and tell them that I don't have a computer. They hang up.
