Don't answer if you see this number. There full of [***]. I'm a tech and they were trying to tell me that my computer was broken and that they could fix it.

A foreign sounding guy called me from this number and said he was from Microsoft. Said my computer was about to "crash" and I needed to get on it and type in whatever he told me to in order to save it. I told him I was busy and would call him back at which time he disconnected. I knew it was a scam, but almost wanted to play along, without getting on my computer, just to see what he would say. I haven't received any more calls, but had about ten attempts before I finally gave up and answered it.

i think i'm getting the same call as you guys?11 999 910 0122idk... but i dont want to pick it up cuz that's a long a** number...and i'm worried cuz you kno? stuff can get bad if i answer... ;A;

I just got a call from (999) 910-0122. They claimed to be technical support from Microsoft. I couldn't understand them very well at all. I had a feeling it was a bit out of the ordinary. I followed all there instructions up to going to the website and letting them connect me to one of the technicians. Through out all of this my computer was not hooked up to a network. I then proceeded to do some research on the number. Now I am a little nervous about if they got anything on my computer or got anything off my computer. Anyone have an answer to weather or not they would be able to get anything off my computer or put anything on my computer if I didn't let them connect me to their technician and I was not connected to a network?

I got the message 4 times so far today. I have caller I.D. so I don't answer them. But this is a good idea! Just pretend you don't understand and act really dumb! A couple of other good ideas are to have a really shrill whistle handy and make good use of it. Also say "just a minute while I turn the T.V. down", then just sit your phone down and let it sit until they hang up. I personally like the whistle idea! Work's wonders!

I have received repeated calls from this number at both my cell and home phones. The caller said something about Microsoft to my wife in an Indian or Pakistani accent. The caller hangs up if I answer.

do you think if i had my guy friend answer for me the caller'll hang up and leave me alone? ;A;

I have gotten about 8 calls in a 3 hr time period from 999-910-0122 and they don't say a word, but so darn annoying. If anyone can offer help as to how to get them to stop, would be most grateful.

They are calling several times a day. I do not answer.
