UNITED MARKETING GROUP DEDUTIONS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT: I called my bank and what it is for me was an Account with Combined life ins. which I have but they went ahead and send me this auto service stuff for discounts at 10.95 a month which I did not authorize!! so my bank was able to give me a number because they found out it was coming from JPMorgan Chase and they gave me a customer number which led me to who was deducting the money. here it is 800-653-6433 United Marketing Group. They will try to sell you but stick to your guns. I was able to cancel it and will be credited
I received a call from this number 101-515-8000. They called me, yet I was charged on my AT&T phone bill for $7.14. The page listing this bill had a heading of ILD. I called thenhumber listed on that page and told them I had not made this call. They agreed to credit or refund me by check for this amount, plus putting a block on this number from calling me again. I also am on the "'no call'' listing which doesn't seem to do much good because lately I have received many fake calls assurring me I will receive some kind of prize if I send in different amounts of money (which I NEVER do). Just wanted to register my complaint.

I did not call 1015158000, but was called by service 8008668512010. He said he was from Census Bureau and needed aditional ?'s answered to further clarify what I had filled out on my form. He said he didn't have my form but needed ?'s answered. I said, what ? He asked me of the 4 people who live in my residence, is there anyone I don't know. I told him that that was the most stupid and nonsensical ? I ever heard and told him to ----himself! I refused to answer ?'s and he said if I don't , by law I have to and will get in trouble, they will send someone to my residence and will have to keep calling until I anwer ?'s. I said bring it on and I insulted him some more then hung up on him. He was trying to keep me on the phone and get me to hold on so I could speak to his supervisor, but I hung up. I called back the caller i.d. # and got recording telling me to call 1015158000( which I did not do) new nat. dir. serv. "calling 10". Sid I can also call 702-555 1212- Nevada dir. assistance, which I called and told them that I was given this # as part of a scam. We have received many calls before this one from service 800-866-851-2010 and the day before my husband picked up the phone and told them we sent in our census form on time and will NOT answer any ?'s. We have disconnected our ans. machine and will not answer the phone if that # shows up. They are a harrassing scam.
Yea, this number is a total scam. I just had this listed on my Verizon Fios bill as "Billing for OAN Services, Inc.", billing on behalf of calling 101-515-8000, for a total of $7.64.I guess whoever or whatever is doing this scam is preying on the fact that people won't check or question their phone bill, people like my mother, who I have to look out for stuff like this for. I called Verizon right away, and they said they can't dispute anything from a 3rd party phone company, that I'd have to call them. They can be reached at 1-800-731-7777 (this is a toll-free call). The woman I spoke with almost seemed used to this type of thing, as all they ask for are your telephone number, whether you are a commercial or residential number, and what is wrong. She told me I would be credited back this amount and my number would be blocked from such calls. My real question is how in the world is it legal for outside 3rd party telephone companies to do stuff like this?HOWEVER, the Verizon people told me that a possibility they've found on this issue is that if you access certain websites, your telephone number may be charged (I don't know how this is possible either). I'm also planning on reporting this to the FTC this afternoon. Good luck out there with this when you get hit!
I just saw on my phone bill, that I was charged from a number, 101-515-8000. It has to be a scam.
Showing up on my verizon one price bill was 5.49 charge from this number which we did not make to 1015158000
