Charged $7.14 on my AT&T phone bill for dialing 10-15-15-8000....I never made that call because I was working that day.Said it was for "directory assistance' and the phone number that I requested was (101) 515-8000.When I called the company ( ILD Teleservices) 1-800-433-4518, I asked for a refund. When I asked for a confirmation #, they said they had computer problems and I should call right back.The second time I called and asked for a confirmation #, they hung up. The third time I called, they gave me a random # and said that they have sent a "message" to AT&T to give a refund.....AT&T never received any message, confirmation # or anything from this Scamming company.$7.14 for directory assistance that I never called? I pay $1.25 from my cell phone! They had my Name, Phone number, Residence address and Phone account number.How did they get that?I believe that AT&T gave the information (as other phone companies might do)All phone companies DO sell your information, no matter what they tell you.

The 10-15-15-800 is a SCAM! There was a charge on my AT&T bill from ILD Teleservices (10-15-15-800) for $7.45. When I called AT&T, they were very helpful and offered to place the charge "on hold" until I counld contact ILD Teleservices. When I called ILD they told me the call was for "Directory Service". I told them the call WAS NOT made from my number and demanded a credit to my AT&T bill. They asked for more information, my phone number, address, etc.; wanting to send me a refund. When I refused, she got "huffy" with me, but finally agreed to issue a credit to AT&T.

Thanks I called this phone # too because I had the same thing happen. Combined Insurance charged it w/o our permission. I was able to cancel it with umg dental. this was helpful

My daughter got home from work today and her electricity was cut off. She called TXU and they said her service was cancelled back in November even though she just paid a January bill!!! They said she had obviously been slammed. They gave her an 888 number to call, which when called gives a recording for this 1015158000. Is this company now making money off of people's electricty????

Now you idiots are "slamming", not just "cramming"...maybe you could cram something up your backsides!!!!

I did not call this number because it stated it was to Nevada and it would be a charge. Is the Jennifer Johnson On line Auction Listing Agent a scam??? If so, I have just lost approx. $300.00. This transaction took place 3-1-10. I will also pursue this issue with FTC.GOV

This is a scam. Call the company and tell them you need a refund and didnt call for directory assistance. Then report it on your states website "utility commission". It's easy to do online.

Same thing here about Combined Insurance debiting our account for dental protection that neither I nor my husband authorized. Found it today on our statement, immediately called the bank and they have me a number 813-430-3700 to call, immediately called that number and was given another number 800-653-6433 which was credit card svcs who cancelled this and supposed to credit the account for the $10.95......I am now going to cancel every policy we have with Combined Insurance!!!!!!!That's how they have our account info because we set up an auto debit with them to pay for the insurance.BEWARE of auto debits!

Received a call today from a Jennifer Johnson "mentor" who states FTC has been investigating them for years but he also would not give me details of what the company is about. He insisted I give him personal info and details of my credit card accounts and my house!!! He was to call me back after I gathered the info. California call 213-514-5323. I also asked him where were the materials that I paid for and never received. He said he would check. He also asked me was I motivated to make money from home and I told him I would be more motivated if I knew what the company was about and the details of what I was supposed to be doing.

Scammer from Jennifer Johnson had nerve to call me back and then became upset with me for not completing the "assignment" he gave me, which was my personal info. I asked him again where were my materials and he said it's in the resolutions dept on its' way to me. He proceded to try to talk circles around me and I stated that I should be able to ask questions too and he said I was trying to rip him off!!! He said his job was to offer me precedence over the materials that are "on the way" and I would have a jump start. I told him to send the materials and I would start from the beginning. He wished me luck and hung up.
