They did refund $312 of my money on 26th July, but I still have not received the rest of my money even though I sent the holiday package back along with a letter requesting a refund. It was sent back within the 30 day period by registered mail. They would have gotten it by now. Funny how it only took them 5 minutes to take the money out of my cc account and it takes them forever to refund it.I am not going to Florida under any circumstances. Just want all of you who were victims of this fraud to be reassured about a refund. I got mine today, including the international transaction fee. My bank in the NAB in Aust. They investigated this and found that it WAS indeed a scam (which we all knew). It took approx 3 months to get the money back. Please contact your bank. It is the responsibility of the scammers' merchant (bank) to foot the bill and not up to us or our bank. This goes for the Olympic tickets as well, if you pay by card, you should always get a refund providing it is proven to be fraudulent. Good luck and when you get that 'too good to be true' call again, .... the drill is.. hang up (perhaps after a little bit of swearing and abuse from your end). G

yes, these guys are def scams. they called me today and i was silly enuf to beleive them, i have already cancelled my card details so i hope no money is taken. at the time that they wanted to take the money there was $0.00 in my aaccount as i had transferred my money elsewher. i called my bank 10 minutes later and cancelled my card after coming across this website. i hope they get busted and fed to dogs for that!!

How long did it take before you got your refund?

You said 3 months. I contacted the company TGV. My refund will take another 3 weeks or so. It's too time consuming dealing with this matter. I have been chasing this up since 26th of May. My response to telemarketers of any kind, regardless of the product and the presentation will be an immediate "No".

I simply can not understand the bad mouthing going on about this company who has been so helpful to me from the moment I purchased my holiday. Jennifer Rollins was just a dear sweetheart. I received my holiday package through the post 2 weeks after the purchase was made, absolutely fell in love with the resort and the location. My husband, and I booked our holiday almost instantly. They did help us with our airfare and our car rental. It was pleasant not having to worry about that. We did the lovely tour of resort and had a brilliant time. i had a phone call from these guys this morning actually sounded true at first, i saw the webpage n it lookd fasinating but as checked there this page came up i'm glad i never gave out any details sorry for whose who were scammed
