I just called Amazon customer service directly (not the number referenced above) and spoke to a customer service rep. It was a few minutes after hanging up with this person that I got a call back from the 206-508-4051 number. I didn't recognize the number at the time, so I didn't pick up and they did not leave voicemail. I had not requested a callback from Amazon. However, shortly after getting the call from 206-508-4051, the representative that was helping me out on my original phonecall sent me an e-mail because she needed to give me updated information, so I am guessing it was she that was calling me back. This is actually the first GOOD experience I've had with Amazon customer service.

Received a call from this number asking for a person who I believe is trying to hack my email address. Very disturbing. The caller asked to talk to: Bruce Duncan. That name is familiar since someone with that name has been invading a website that I share with others of my profession.

I received a missed call on my cell phone from this number while my husband and I were on the phone landline with Amazon customer service that very minute about an order problem. I don't know if it was Amazon.com, but it sure is disconcerting that if it was, they did not leave a message at all. If it WAS a customer service rep., why the heck not leave a message?!So I guess, who cares. If Amazon can't take the time to leave a message, I'm not going to waste any time on worrying about it.

It is Amazon and they were calling me to try and track down aan Amazon ordered gift that I have not yet received-legitimate call!

Amazon Kindle support. Just called to make sure our product had finally arrived.

Just got a call...found it weird as I didn't recognize the number. If it really is from Amazon, that's really odd because I haven't bought from Amazon in a longgg time. I also never requested any type of support. Whoever it was though didn't leave a voicemail.

I did not answer as I did not recognize the number. Wrong number, I guess.

This number called at 3:30 AM! They called, we didn't get to phone in time, answering machine went off and then they called right back. My husband said it was someone about our daughters new kindle fire email account. No other information was given to us. I think this is a scam as we call the number back and it won't answer.

OK so I got a call from them again... and this time they left a voicemail. It was actually from Bebe who wanted to follow-up with me on not being able to activate my Club Bebe member card. I guess it's a # that multiple companies use.

This number was listed as "unknown caller" on my caller ID. Called at 7am on a Sunday...terrible! They hung up after I answered, so I called them back. Clicking and music starting and stopping. When I said "hello" they hung up again. Incredibly rude and gives me the sense that my number is being stalked! Scary.
