I received a voice mail message from this same number. I want to know why you need a restraining order.If they are really a real company. They would send out a business letter. Also, if they are really for real, they should be able to answer any question or questions a person ask them. How much was the loan, when it was done( date, year) the payday loan company name, ect. Well, I want be calling back. Also, I will be reporting them to the state Attorney Generals Office. One day these people will be caught.

As an attorney, retired that is, any legal action against you is never "foreshadowed" there will be no phone calls, warnings etc. The whole REAL legal approach is very "mafia" like; you will not see it coming. Tell your employer that you are being stalked by scammers and then have your coffee and relax.

I just got the same call. I have been gettting call like this for a few years. THey are not BBB accreditated and there are arlerts against this "company"

save this phone number in his phone as "SCAM". that way when they call back, he can ignore it without worrying about who is calling.

I received the same type of call on my land line phone. What the heck are these people up to I am getting tired of these stupid calls. I am going to report this call to our attorney general. I have had it. I am afraid to answer my phone for this very reason.

Got the same call today, left a voicemail on my phone about having my attorney contact them about a case that was filed against me, I called the number back and got a voicemail for a Kay Mathis from LRS litigation, left a message and asked what is was regarding. Then got a call back about 2 hours later from 1-888-663-7320 and it was her. She asked if I had recieved any court papers in the mail, I said no so she continued and said I had a case against me from a payday loan company from 2010. I told her I had done my research and that it was a scam and she got very hostile and hung up on me.

I received same message...Let them contact my employer.......I'm retired.......Guess people don't have enought to do and think people are as stupid as they are........

This is a scam people. Dirtbags is mild in this entities description. Just disregard and enjoy your lives.
