Message reporting I was being sued and to prevent contact to my employer to contact the number above. I receive 2 to 3 calls daily and sometimes on the hour from different pay day loan companies. I wish the government would really do something about these people.. I have other things going on.

These people keep calling me from this number and 216-217-5984. Saying I have 4 hours to call back or they will notify my employer. When you call back the voicemail is full....

I received a call saying I had 24 hours to call back or have an attorney call back in regards to a legal matter before it went to court or they contact my place of employment. This is getting ridiculous!

I received the same phone call today from a blocked number and they left the same voice mail mentioned like the other posts. The thing is I filed chapter 7 bk and I no longer owe them and they cannot go after you criminally so they threaten you into thinking they can but they would have to prove fraud with your local DAs office and they try to sue u in court but for me it would be a waste if time since my bk was already discharged. I'm thinking about changing my cell phone number I'm so tired of getting these calls. They stop for a little while and then start again.

This message was left on my office phone, people are out here to get whatever they can. They don't realize that this is a goverment phone that they are calling on and it's being recorded. Go out and get a real job, you triffling bums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from 216-644-1249 they left a message on my voicemail stating that I had 4 hours to contact them or a restraining order would be placed against me and that they would contact my employer. I called the number and got someone named Michael, he stated that it was concerning a payday loan, I told him that I did not have any payday loans and asked him to give me the name of the company so I could contact them, He then said it might be a mistake and that he would check and call me back. It is amazing how stupid these people are, a retraining order? what does that have to do with a loan. I hope he calls back so I can tell him that I know this is a SCAM

I have gotten the same call as everyone else. Let them contact my employer. I am a disabled vet. Nobody can take funds from my account ! They threaten a restraining order. That's just dumb. Restraint orders require violence and I haven't gotten violent with them Yet! I have number blocked so I never answer

i am sick of these calls. i stopped getting them and they started back. what do i have to do to make thesepeople leave me alone.

I just got the same threatening phone call as a lot of people listed here. I do have a payday loan that I am having trouble getting paid. Not sure what to do at this point. As a widow on a fixed income I am now very nervous about this.What should I do?
