I just received the same message for the second time this week. I have SPRINT. I was even more intrigued because I used to live in the Cleveland area."Saying my name, XXX XXXX, then they said that I had 24 hours to return this call ( 216-644-1249), that I had a complaint filed against me and that a restraining order is being made against me. Said I had to return the call." ~ WTF ??

This guy called my old employer twice within 3 hrs and although he was told that I no longer worked there. The second time he called my bestfriend who still works there got the call, she told him I didnt work there anymore and he told her thst I was a respondant in a legal matter regarding a restraining order and since he could not reach me he was trying to contact my emoloyer. She just said I didnt work there but did getvhis number but no name. I feel so much better knowing it is a scam. Dont talk to anyone calls from this number!

They keep Ccalling my job something needs to be done about this

I received a phone call from them yesterday and asked for verification of the debt. All she could do is tell me that I am being prosecuted and will get a restraining order and owe them $500. I lost it on them - told them to quit calling and cease and desist on calling. Told them I am turning this over to the State Attorney General in Ohio, the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and the State of Montana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Never gave them a chance to talk and hung up on them. In researching the company found that LRS Litigation Services with 2 names as owners as who has this illegal debt collection company. They have a failing grade with the Better Business Bureau (surprise NOT). Got enough information and filed a complaint online with the State Attorney General's office in Ohio and filed a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission. They called 3x a day and haven't received a phone call since. I also kept the voice mails as the voice mail goes to my email and they are kept to hand over to law enforcement.

just got a call at my cell by these people. Same story, been getting calls in a period of a month from them. It's very annoying, I hate it..

I got a call from this number saying they were trying to protect my reputation by not calling my employer and I needed to call them back. Called the number and they said the mailbox was full. They said someone was taking a restraining order out against me and I know I have no problems with no one. They called back and I answered and they just hung up.
