called me and said i had 4 hours to call back or will be contacting my employer for more info on me due to a restraining order against me
I received 2 calls with the same threat and message to call back but did not do it because I knew it was a scam. I hope they trace these guys.
All of the above is happening with me and I am so tired of it.......Reported all the non english people befoe so now guess I am going to have to report these guys who speak good english.
I received the same message and the said that there name is Matthew Thomas and he was calling from LRS Litigation. Talking about I took loan online from PayDay Loan and More. And that I was being sued for 4000 but they would settle if I would pay 500. These ppl are stupid. I called my lawyer and he said it was a fraud. And the company is fake as well I have read a lot of complaints about them.
Just got a message on my land-line as well as my cell...same message...they can't threaten any kind of legal action over the phone! If someone is suing you they usually physically serve you papers...and if you were going to be sued civily why would there be a restraining order? Not real bright at least they could change the language...I tried calling the number back and the so-called voice mail was full...now if this was a legitimate debt collector wouldn't someone have answered the phone or there would've been a voice mail available? I will ignore these unless I answer the phone when they call and then I will let them know that I am recording our conversation and see how long they stay on the line..

I just got the same message about an hour a go from 216-644-1249. saying that they had a restraining order against me how so funny and that they were going to call my job.
