I received the same voicemail from the same number. Last Thursday my phone stared blowing up about a payday loan application. I did not fill out any application yet received over 100 calls in two days, including being cussed out for letting them knowthar I didn't fill anything out. These guys all had foreign accents and claimed to have names like "mike johnson", to which I replied "yeah it's not". I had to block all calls not in my contacts. Beware, these guys have your personal information if they are calling you.

received a call from 216-644-1249 at my employer threatening litigation, etc... said he was from LRS litigations group - when I tried to call back got a message saying voice mail was full...

I got a call from this number. They gave me a PO Box 796 Cleveland Ohio 44114. He said he work for an Attorney. I ask for the Attoney name and a number. He said he would have the attorney call me back. So I ask him : What payday loan company was this from: His response, we represent alot of payday loan companies. So I said: If I took out a loan I want to know what company this is for. H didn't provide that information. I have been looking up the information. I have not found any information on this place. He said I should be getting paperwork to appear in court. So I said ok. I will contact the courts in my area to find out what time I am suppose to appear. The guy I spoke too was a black man name Mr Simmons and I talk too a Mr Michael Powell and a Ashley Robinson. This people had my address, my email address and the last 4 of my SS#. They never provide you with the complete SSN#. We are all have a difficult time due to the economy. I'm not going to let these people continue to get away with this. Ask question when these people call. They to get them to tell you what payday loan company this is for? Mr Simmons would not give me a phycial address. I told him I know mail can go to a PO Box but all places have a phyical address. He would not provide it to me. I have also talk to an attorney. This is the company name I got from Mr Michael Powell IRS Equity and when I called 216-644-1249 I got LRS Litigation group. I was given this number also 330-294-4968. Beware this is nothing but a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the same phone call threatening legal action and contacting my work. When the guy answered I couldn't understand him so I asked who it was and he hung up on me. If it was for real he wouldn't of hung up. Officiers of the court do no act that way.

Just received a voicemail message on my work number, which I don't know how these people got, stating I was under investigation, had a restraining order against me, they were going to call my employer if I didn't take action...yadda, yadda, yadda. At any rate, I will not respond. I have had these type of fraud calls before.

I RECEIVE A CALL FROM 216-644-1249 ALL THIS WEEK . I ALSO, TOLD THEM TO GIVE THEIR ADDRESSSO THAT MY LAWYER CAN CONTACT THEM. THE PERSON HUNG UP BUT, THEY GET SOMEONE ELSE TO CALL YOU BACK, IF YOU LISTEN WHEN THEY CALL THAT THEIR ARE PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUDMAKING CALLS . THIS IS A SCAM.

I got the same message today. If there was something legal about this, I would have been informed via legal paperwork not someone on a phone trying to scare me. I have previously received this type of message and sent it to my attorney who has indicated this is a SCAM.........I am so tired of this though. It just needs to be stopped. Unfortunately they call on my business line and I can't block calls on that line.

I just got yet another call from them- automated message - states the same as what you guys were told- something about a restraining order - I have 24 hrs to call them or they will call my work- I am taking this a step further- I will contact them and let them know I am filing a complaint with both the FDCPA and the FTC- I do have rights- if they are legit- why am I not getting correspondence in the mail? I have worked in collections for 15 yrs- I know the laws- we send letters all the time- to remind them we still are trying to collect- I am sick of these people interrupting my life at work-

One of the women I work with took a call from this number and they were asking for me. I told her it was a total scam and she said that she would ignore those calls from now on.These people need to get a clue...I am SO tired of getting these scammer calls at work.Fortunately, they don't have my home or cell numbers.
