Could barely understand the guy. I think he said, "this call is regarding phonography". Then he said it was regarding "omens". Then he said, "this call is regarding sex". Then I hung up. Sicko. Don't answer these calls.
Some foreigner called "Steve" was trying to ask me about my Windows computer. When I informed him I don't own one, he hung up.
I've rcvd two calls today in 2 hours. First time I answered without looking at number, as soon as I answered they hung up. I figured it was an automated dialer calling to see when I'm home so the real telemarketer can call back at the "right" time of day. The second time I did not answer. Then I looked it up on google and this board was the 2nd listing.I ALWAYS report these numbers to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY: www.donotcall.gov I do like the suggestion to answer the phone as "Law Offices." roflmao!
caller said was Microsoft tech and I was infected with the Alureon virus. wanted $99 to fix and prevent. said got my info from HP then said my Microsoft contract for Windows 7. Lots of lies, when I could understand him through his accent-3 different guys all with a big story. Hung up when I said I wasn't infected and I was done talking to idiots.
Several calls from 1-222-555-777 this last week. I refuse to pick up the phone, but my answering machine can, but they never talk to it.
These Indian sounding guys (with tons of noise in the background) tried to convince me they were from the Microsoft Windows help desk and said their servers have been receiving a lot of junk and that it was coming from my computer. They tried to explaiin very bad English that my computer was infected and hacked and that I needed to follow their steps. I told them I didn't believe a word they were saying and they insisted I had a serious computer problem and they were just trying to help. I eventually convinced them that I wasn't going to follow any of their directions and they hung up on me. I immediately looked online to see if anybody else had posted anything about this number and wah lah!
I received a lost of call from 222-555-7777.I try to call them back, and the number doesn't exist.Please investigate and I hope you give them a big citation./

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
