Yes I was at work and my CELL phone had this call from 228-208-8325, I pressed "1" because I wanted to tell them to quit calling my number, I talked to a "Clayton" he wanted to lower my credit card rates, I told him he didn't even know what credit cards I had. He was getting angry when I told him to stop calling my number, then he just hung up on me!
This phone number is a SCAM. They call me from several different numbers and i dont even have a credit card.

Most the scam people call you is not at their real phone number , this nuber is a fake phone number or operate by VOIP phone company , any one who open the VOIP phone and do not want to have their phone number open but they can make the call ,then they will call you at any time with any fake phone number that how the scam people call you but you can not call back , they are behind the VOIP internet phone like skype , voice stick, etc... , just to be safe , don't answer phone let it goes to your machine and scan it . nothing we can't do about the type of phone. so be cautious with these people , don't answer.....they fishing into our greedy. so don't be greedy either.
Called private business work number. Dead line--abandoned call.Probably an auto-dialer hammering on millions of phone numbers... ought to be outlawed in every sane country.
Received a call from this number. Tried to call back and it was disconnected. Now having read the comments on this site I realize this must be bad news.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
