yea i got something similar like 30 minz ago, they called me and a woman left a voicemail telling me to call back. i didnt call em, i texted asking who it was and then googles the area code to see if i could get any info. i found out it was from around the gulf coast of mississippi and i know no one there so i googles the full number and found this. i still havent gotten any text back or calls, nothing from them. i wonder y they would ask you to call back when you apparently cant. im not even gunna try.
I didn't answer because I don't know any person in this area, so it's good idea to reject a phone call come from somewhere you don't know.
Received a call on my cellphone from this number and called back because I have a friend traveling right now. I received the "number is disconnected" reply, but it could be a recording.
228-209-8325 is a Mississippi area code, I think. Someone said earlier whoever it is 'spoofs' their telephone number and I agree. You don't know if it's from Mississippi or somewhere else. That should say something right there ... RED FLAG. I got this on my cell phone too. Where did they get my cell phone number from? Can file a complaint on www.donotcall.gov ... but for cell phones I don't know. Don't ever give these jerks any information. Call the Credit Card company itself ... not these jerks if you want a lower interest rate or credit limit increase or whatever. How did they get my cell phone number??????????
I answered the phone and nobody said anything. I checked the area code and found it was from the mississippi gulf coast. Searched the number and found this site.
Sounded like a credit card scam, wanting to "talk about lowering interest rates" on my credit cards, though they only called themselves "your credit card company." Sounds fishy to me?
This is like the sixth (different) number in a month from "Credit Card Services." Starting to bug the living daylights out of me.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
