Im dealing with them right now and plan on filing a complaint with the district attorneys office as well.

You "suit" people? LOL, That's weird. The difference is, if you "suit" me, I'll sue you back for breaking the law three times when trying to obtain my payment. And, your "attorney," if you can call him that, is barely hanging on to his ability to "suit." Can't wait to tell the judge the very thing he's on probation for is what he did to me.PS. Give me a break!! You all buy charged off old debt for pennies on the dollar and then keep whatever money you manage to collect for yourselves, which is how you stay in business. I completely agree. No collector worth their weight in scum would ever sink to the level of monitoring 800 number websites and writing illiterate ignorant crap. Clearly this guy's a real ace. His "suit" will look so cute when he's paying me $3,000 for threatening to garnish my wages (illegal), threatening to take my property (illegal), not giving me an address to send a no contact letter to (illegal), and for not sending a debt validation (illegal). Oops, that equals $4,000. Oh wait, and falsifying debt ownership. That's $5,000. I wonder if I can garnish their wages for that?

Yeah these guys are no joke! The have sued me and they took Christmas from my family! I should have paid when they gave me the chance! I regret not working with them. Regardless of their past they mean Biz! They will do what they say I highly advise anyone that gets the courtesy call to fully co-op with them. They are taking 25% of my pay each time I get paid!! Please stop your whining and just pay your bills. As our spelling challenged friend showed you, they do actually sue people (they do not own the debt, they were hired by the people that purchased YOUR debt). As far as everyone's complaint about debt validation is concerned, you got it! Validation of debt only requires that you get the original balance of the debt, the account number, and the name and address of the original creditor, did you get that??? I bet you did. You will get your statements on the account if you file an answer to the courts, if and when you get served a summons and complaint in your county. And finally, you probably would not have to waste your time and effort on these boards if you just paid your debts. Have a nice day!

Dana few seconds agofrederick edwards calling from Stanley and Associates re a debt. I had no debt so knew to google this number and I asked to speak to Mr. Stanley. I was told I could not talk to him. I confronted this piece of work and told him to stop harassing me. I told him I was tracing the call to lock in on a location. He kept hanging up on me....So I am going to keep calling him back. He had called 3-4 times in past month and each time he became more and more bold and beligerant. He is probably reading these posts. Good. I 'm going to put this up on Facebook. I advise all of you to do the same. He is trying to obtain bank acct info, asking for money etc. and is about to be busted. He asks for people to call the 303 area code number but the caller ID is a local call: 402-218-1602.
