I drove down to Denver today and checked Suite 200 at 7290 Samuel Drive out of curiosity.It is listed on the building register and on the suite door as National Account Adjusters. The door was a solid door and I could hear many, many voices on phone calls - BOILER ROOM callers? Not a very upscale area of Denver either.No James Stanley and Associates on the building register, nor does that office show on a Goggle for them in Denver. I also alerted Longmont police to what these folks are doing as far as the calls are concerned.

got a nasty call from Hector Chacon at James J Standley Law Firm today - was absolutely a complete jerk: threats, threats and threats, plus a good healthy dose of namecalling.All I wanted to do was check out the information before forking over my home address and banking information over the phone to some belligerent [***] who called me up out of the blue demanding large sums of money but man, apparently asking for even a SINGLE EMAIL showing any proof of debt will result in ominous "soon we'll know where you work and where you live" threats. I got a call- completely different number from Standley and Associates. I looked this guy up- he lost his licence December through February of this year (2008-2009) for harrassing people and acting fraudulantly. I was also threatened and demeaned verbally. I will see them in court, and as Brian, my friendly Standley representative noted, he'll "shake my hand" when he takes my money from me." Yah, ok buddy.

Still fighting with these guys but I have a pending investigation with the colorado attorney regulations council...Anyone who is being treated unfairly or illeagally by these guys needs to make a complaint its easy to get started you can call them at 303 893 8121 they will tell you what they need to get started but they seem to follow through.
