In response to ncrm8991,I am pleased to learn that you have won your case! I started my project the end of September, and was one of the lucky ones to have it completed by the end of November. I do have a couple of issues remaining, but the issues are minor.My first cabinet installer was fired, however, my job was stalled for a week and a half. The second cabinet installers came the day after they were hired. I was lucky to get them! And, hope they get the compensation they are due. My electrician was great, but was new and came from a great distance. I'm sure my job was the last he did for Rob. I would have never gone through with the project had I known the issues. The mailer was deceiving, as well as the sales representative and designer. All that aside, I am one of the lucky ones. I love my kitchen ... however, it came with more problems than I wanted to deal with. Hope the subs that did a great job for me gotten what they are due.

if your card is through GE, then dispute the charge, you have that right in the billing rights portion of the credit card, look on your statment. Fill as many complaints as you can against them

Anybody thought about banding together and creating a class action lawsuit?

Feeling luck,Allow me to translate what KC has told you."The District Manager or VP of the week that we actually still have not run off" sent me an email stating that due to their current economic situation they would not be able to complete our kitchen installation. This is what they should have stated to you. Due to our lack of paying our subcontractors we no longer have any contractors that are willing to work for free and therefore will not be able to rip you off so we will not be able to complete your kitcen. If you are going on a verbal agreement on the settlement and are waiting for a refund, their word is as clean as a litter box full of goodies.

Are you licensed and bonded? Turn Key Kitchens? Everything included in that room, period? Lighting, moving electrical outlets-Everything?

How can you possibly think that the homeowner is reponsible for paying you. The contract you have if you do have a contract is with Kitchen Carolinas not the homeowner. Good Luck
