if I receive another call from this number I will turn it over to my Attorney General. This is harassment since I do NOT have a credit cardN8
Same people called (Client Services) me which my interest rates on my cards are pretty good. The service cost $1698.00 a one time fee for life. So I played along until I finally told them I did not see any benefit to me I could call my credit card company and negoiate the rate myself when I told them no I was sent to Ben Darty who was in their quality dept. So once you tell them no quality & customer service goes right out the window. Mr Darty acted like a strong arm for thought he was going to intimiadate me into signing with him. I knew this was a scam and called him on it and click. I called my bank to prevent the charge and cancelled my card. What a jerk and yes there should be some way to reverse the call and wipe out their phones and computers. Consumers Beware.
That doesn't "confuse their computers", that just tells their system that the call didn't complete and they put your number back in the rotation to call again.
You and other companies have harassed invaded my privacy for over three years and everytime I get to a human being (who are rude beyond belief) to get my number (303-955-4530) taken off your database I have been sworn and hung up on without given the opportunity to tell them they are calling the wrong number. Just to let you know I am an attorney and the next time you call I will sue you and every company you have worked for or others for harassment and invasion of privacy.Again, taken 303-955-4530 off your database or suffer the consequences.
Got a call from this number today at 1:56 pm. I never answer the phone if I do not recognize the # from the caller ID. When my machine picked up, it was already well into their recorded message (something about lowering interest rates, but for credit cards or mortgage, who knows?). I am on the do not call list and really resent these calls. I will be reporting this to the FCC.
I have been getting these phone calls for years! I would love a class action law suit or something of that nature. I am filing traces on all further calls so that one day when these people are found I can go and waste all of their time tied up in the courts!!! I can't wait! I am an optomist and I believe that one day, these people will be exposed :)
They have been calling for several years now. They call sometimes 10 times per day and they sometimes leave a message about lowering interest rates. Sometimes the voice says it's Rachel from Card Services. 2-3 years ago, I was getting sick of the repeated calls and I pressed one and spoke with someone there. They told me they were from Card Services and made it sound like they were from my credit card company. They probably just wanted my credit card number. I told them to stop calling and they said they would stop. That was 2-3 years ago.
Seven calls from that number today. We made the mistake of pushing 1 to talk to a live person, in order to complain and get them to stop. Now we're getting more calls. The first time I talked to a live person he argued with me about them being legit and I said I had reported them. His surprised response was "did it WORK?!" I called the FTC using the number that people gave here and the nice woman there wasn't very optimistic, but she gave me a reference number and asked me to call again and use that number to add to my complaint, especially if the scammers use new numbers. For what it's worth.
