I have had no luck getting anywhere with this company i am still missing items and having to buy stuff from grocery store.I suggest anyone having trouble with them should file a complaint with the BBB which has given them a F rating with a lot of complaints against them now.The ministry of consumer protection agency told me to file after listening to everything that has happened to me so far he insisted that i do it.Also the grocery group has a facebook page which i have found other people have posted their complaints right on the facebook page.Also talk to your newspaper or radio station let them know about this to save others from going through this.I am probably out $5662.13 and have nothing to show for it.

We have exatly the same probleme steel waiting for har food and the missing box they sort us. We call they are finding al kind of excuse they say the delivery will be a surten days but it never comme. We call back they say there sorry stay home it will comme but it not true.I Can. Afford to stay homme all the time waiting for food right now we are out of food ,and have to spend more money on grocerie. I did not save nothing at all it cost me more and way more. Don,t do that mistake .

We have the same probleme we don,t know what to do we file complaint to bbb and steel waiting. We are thinking of stopping payment when we reich 6 month cause we receive half order, and it was missing food. We receive about 1000.00 dollars of food and pay over 5000.00.

The Grocery Group has now changed it's name once again, so if you didn't receive your orders you are now screwed. They've ripped off so many customers and employees this is what they do every few years to keep the money coming in. They had a phony finance company that you all have been dealing with. It was a set up..everyone needs to come together and expose these crooks.

If you call their phone number (416) 439-3836 they now call themselves "Shop From Home". We signed up with these scammers too last year. Received an order that was short product and eventually requested the remainder of meat and missing dry goods be shipped to us. They've promised to deliver at least six times now with no one showing up. Trying to bully us now that we've threatened to take legal action. They are in breach of their contract with us so I guess they'll be hearing from our lawyers.

Would love some more details on this.

How do you know their finance company is phony. According to what I've seen they are the reincarnation of Nelson Financial Group which had issues with the Ontario Securities Commission. Wold love if someone could provide some info to determine their current "status".

Grocery Group ...........SCAM ALERT!!!! We did an order with the Grocery Group December 2012, they delivered 1/2 the order in less than a week. Too fast for me to cancel within the 10 days. I was concerned about the all missing meat and other items and was assured that i could get the half of my order when I called. I have made dozens calls requesting my food and now they have told me that there is no more items to be delivered. I apparently received my order in FULL. i was told that $4750 worth of meat does fill an Apt size freezer, Which it didnt they said "what am i complaining about I got the really good cuts of liver and ground beef". well here we are Mid march and the freezer is almost emptyTheir Financing company has threatened to take me to court if I dont pay the full amount. However After investigating. it turns out their Finance company has been under Banruptcy protection for over 2 years and they have been convicted by the Ontario Securities Commision of bilking over 50 million dollars out of Investors. All information that can be found freely on the governement sites. I am paying for the amount of food I received and nothing more per the Ontario Consumer Act. After that I'm putting Stop payment on the cheques and they are more than welcome to take me to court. I smell 2 bad companies that are in bed together who will bully and lie their way into your wallet.All i can say is DO NOT DEAL WITH THE GROCERY GROUP. they are scam artists. I am so glad I didnt give them a bigger deposit

Kat/Grocery Group Manager,Here is your oppurtunity to redeem yourself, we signed up with the Grocery Group on Nov. 30th, and promised a rush delivery date of 10 -15 days we were so excited to receive our goodies and we cleared out our pantry and freezer in anticipation of our grocery delivery. After a lengthy period and many calls to Brad, we finally received our first delivery on Jan 22nd. We were a little disappointed but assured by Julia that she would repair all the mistakes that were made. Finally on Feb. 19th a revised copy of our second grocery list was sent to me, and I was assured that Amanda from dispatch would contact me within a couple of weeks to "arrange a delivery date and time". On March 22nd I had not received a call so I emailed Julia back, but no response. On March 4th I sent another email to Julia, again no response. Today April 9th, I emailed Brad, Julia, and the Grocery Group 2X each, I also phoned and left a message on your answering machine.........I have had NO RESONSE. I await some kind of response, my account number is 7636, or at vsousa@live.ca I await your response.
