These people are worse than anyone I've ever dealt with. nasty, rude and not willing to work with you, you can't talk to them. I've dealt with a Kathleen Miller - very nasty person. Their goal is to harrass not collect.
Very Very rude people to deal with...they can't even give you the name of the company or person they are trying to collect money for!!! She so "gracially" gave me 12 hours to get this taken care of. HA!

I work for the person that owes the small debt (he is working it out with the bank) and this guy Gus Perez calls this office several times a day..so nasty, arrogant and rude. when i start to get impatient at his refusal to get off the phone he asks me if im having a bad day sarcastically. i wasnt having a bad day til he called and im not even the person hes looking for! I am a woman and he is looking for a man that works here. He also has given me all of the personal details and amount owed for the debt, which is against the law. I cant believe how many compaints are on here and how many 1000000s more that wili be. just hang up on them!!!!!
