I've been getting calls from this company everyday. The only message they leave is this Mrs. Gray, you have an important business matter that we need to discuss with you. She never says what it is about. I don't have a long distance plan on my phone so I never call back.

Received 2 messages on my answering machine from "Susan" at McCarthy Burgess & Wolf meant for a "Wendy Brown" who apparently owes AT&T money. I have no idea who this "Wendy Brown" is or how they got my phone number. I ignored the first message figuring it was just a wrong number, but yesterday "Susan" left another message for "Wendy" and even had the nerve to diss my humorous answering machine greeting! So--I changed my greeting to include "Susan" from McDumb, McDumber, and McDumbest as a prohibited caller. I hope AT&T is proud of being affiliated with a company like this. Makes me want to dump my landline! MB&W didn't even do the due diligence required to insure they were leaving a message (and disclosing private information)to the right party.

Received call from Scott at 440-735-5100 ext 2283 wanting to speak .with my son,said was withEmbarq Yellow Pages.Son hasn't lived here in 15 years.Calling Embarq as we speak.

I keep receiving harassing phone calls from the number above and I have told them I don't know why they are calling and I have asked them to stop calling me. The just called again this afternoon, I tried to call them to request that they stop calling me and I did get any answer from them. Please stop them from calling me

Report them to the BBB and atty General in your state.Also get a digital recorder and record the abusive calls.

Collection agency that has incorrect info, but insist on making harrassing and threatening calls to business'.

Got call today and one yesterday, only a different number. I let the first one last night have it in no certain terms. We are elderley and live in an area where the family grew up and therefore there are lots of people with the same names. Fed up as we owe no one and sick and tired of these harrassing calls.

They are collecting on behalf of the Online Yellowpages.com. They say my company responded to a free trial listing, but at the end of the trial didnt opt out and allowed the billing cycle to kick in. They want you to pay for what you didnt know you signed up for.

They can not take money out of your account with out your permission. Sorry only a federal judge can order the money held till you go to court. Do not give them your account info by all means . They are not a liggit agency . Call the better business burea on these people and the telemarketers inside will stop . If you do a reverse lookup they provide a map and zoom in on it . It has been a telemarkiting place for over three years now . The cars tell you the picture . A lawyers office does not have a movie theatre running in the back parking lot lol. Not a lawyer agency at all . also ask them fo4r their bar number if they are a lawyer with the state of ohio they must provide it to you . You can call the ohio bar association and cross check . If they dont give one then they are imitating or impersinating a lawyer and that is punishable by Ohio Law . Orc code 9221.03 of the Ohio Revised Code . Or just call your the attorney General of the state of Ohio and give the companies name and they will look into the matter of them falsifying themselves as a lawyer. Thanks John
