This number has called my phone several times, I did not answer because I didn't know it was.
I never answer this, but this really disturbs me. I don't even HAVE a Macy's account. They have no reason to call me.
I've been getting calls from this # 513-573-8028 3-5 times a day for over a month. Never leave a message and on the few occasssions that I accidently did answer a few weeks ago--there was no one on the line. This is harrassment as far as I'm concerned.
over and over and over, i'm on the do not call registry, don't know if scammers really pay attention to this but i made a complaint at the donotcall registry. gotta tell you, i'm effin tired of this and would gladly beat the crap out of the caller if i could.
i'M RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY AND THEY SAY THEY CALL FROM MACY'S I WAS LATE ON MY PAYMENT!!
I received a call from this number , they said that call from Macy's and i was late on my payment, they ask me my last 4 last ssn ,which i give to them, they ask me to pay by the phone with my credit card, but i 'm not late in payment, please stop this fraudulent company or persons that try to still identity from people.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
