this number calls my house at least 5 times a day, never leaves a msg, i did *69 to get the number. i do have a Macy's account and was late on a payment because I was out of town for a funeral. i also rec'd the $39.00 late fee and interest and owe a double payment. i will cancel my account as soon as it is paid off. the calls are ridiculous.

I am on the phone with this lady at MACY it is a collection agency they are ligitI just called Macy and gave them a fake number so now my ral number will not be called :)

513-754-9822 i get called like 10 times a day from this number. To call back some 800 number on my voicemail. I answered my phone twice and got hung up. Called Macy talked to a service rep Carol. Told Carol tell your company to stop calling me your killing my cell phone battery you SOB"S.I have a Zero balance. Carol has no idea why they would be calling me. I reported it to Macy. ITS A SCAM!!!!!! DON"T GIVE OUT INFO!!! Especially over the phone go to the store ask for a manager they can help there.

I hate how this number keeps calling me!!! Why can't they leave a voicemail? I called it back and they say that they're with Macy's and want your personal information, etc. Are they serious? I recently had identity theft and they want me to give them my social when they can't even leave a flippin' voicemail? Anyways, I contacted Macy's number on my bill and it turns out they ARE associated with those idiots... that's where they refer your info if they think you're late on a payment, which by the way I am not so they really need to leave me alone!!!!!!!

I am getting calls from this number more than 10 times a day. No exaggeration. My Macy's bill is late but that does not give them the right to harrass me. I answered once and tried to find out what she wanted. She said it was a business offer but she couldn't give me any information until I confirmed that I was who she was looking for. I told her I wasn't and "took down her number". Now they call me non stop! I'm losing my mind!

DUDE! They call me every day, 10 times per day. I pay my bill for Macys every month, on time. I refuse to answer as I know it will enrage me to argue with these people. By the way, it is illegal for bill collectors to due business this way, in a harassing maner.

This number calls about 15 times a day, rings twice, then hangs up. I kept the phone near me once so I could pick up on the first ring, and the caller hangs up as soon as I say, "Hello?" I guess my scammer is an idiot! By the way, I don't shop at Macy's, so I don't have a credit card with them. We stopped doing credit cards after getting in over our heads a few years ago. The ring twice/hang up thing is driving me insane!!!

4,5,6 CALLS A DAY EVEN ON SUNDAY , LATE AT NIGHT , EARLY IN THE MORNING , NO MESSAGES LEFT AND THE FEW TIMES I HAVE ANSWERED THERE IS NO ONE ON THE LINE OR AT LEAST NOT SAYING ANYTHING , TRIED MY CALLER BLOCK AND DOES NOT WORK ON THIS # .THIS IS HARRASSING TO SAY THE LEAST IT NEEDS TO STOP!
