They have called several times within an hour and hang up when I answer the phone.

This exact same thing happened to me! They kept applying my payments to the Macys account where I was accumulating a huge credit while they were showing the Visa account severely late. This significantly impacted my credit and it took me forever to find the right person at Macys to sort it out. To top it off, they couldn't transfer the funds from one account to another - they had to send me a check for the credit and I had to send them a check for the late account. It's maddening!

I DO NOT have a Macy's card and receive these calls from this number. Though, I do have another department store card not affiliated with Macy's. Even after I pay my bill or it is posted online I still receive these calls. I have answered before and sure enough it is a representative for the card payment services of the department store. They call anytime of day even at 10pm!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND giving any information to this number...I politely say this is not a good time and I will call back ASAP. Then call the OFFICIAL number on the card or from the website.This may or may not be a scam, but be cautious!!

This # calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY UP 5 OR 7 TIMES A DAY!!! They left messages on my voice mail in the beginning, but I got so sick of listening 2 Macys recorded message on my voicemail, that i havent checked my voice mail 4 a very long time. I called them & told them this cell phone didnt shop @ Macy's & it nvr would! The guy was foreign, he didnt ask me 4 any confirmation information. He told me that he would take care of it. Well now the past month the calls are getting WORSE! they call me at all hours & on every day of the week. They hang up after i let it ring 2 or 3 times...then a cpl. Hours later i get another call. I am sick of this. They interrupt my conversations, i will be writing a txt to someone & they'll call in & it makes me lose my message all the time & i get online w/ my phone, so when i do i dont like getting kicked off. But when they call, i get kicked off-line everytime & then i cant do anything for awhile cause everything is running slow. HELP! i am so tired of this!

I received 2 phone calls from this number in less than 3 hours. When the call goes to voicemail, the caller does not leave a message. It is pretty annoying. How do we make this stop?

We too started getting calls appear on our caller ID from this number - no message left. I called back and told them that the conversation was being recorded and asked them what they wanted - they asked if I had a Macy's or Bloomingdale's account - I said no - they put me on hold and gave my wife's name and said that she has a Macy's account that is past due - I told them that it was not past due - that I knew this was a scam and if they continued to call, I would have my lawyer go after them. We'll see if they continue calling

They never leave a message and call several times a day. How can they be stopped?
