Just received a call from them and pressed 9 in hopes of having them remove my number. The person picked up and stated his name as Bob with an Indian accent. He asked me to do him a favor and give him bl** job. How absurd and unprofessional. Not sure what type of business this is when he wasn't afraid to openly talk like that when there were other agents in background. This has got to STOP!
Rec'd call @ 11:14 a.m. 9/20/11. Caller ID shows the call is from Phone Scam. Annoying but rather humorous they are "honest" that it's a scam. Recording about credit card blah, blah.
This number constantly calls my home seeking the location of my first wife - who I have been divorced from for over 15 years. Despite the fact that I have provided them an up to date address for my ex-spouse, they continue to call me. I have repeated asked them to remove me from their list but they continue to call my residence. When I ask them to provide me the name of their company, they refuse. I would like this caller to stop harassing calling me.
Rec'd call @ 1:45 pm and caller ID showed it was from Phone Scam. I couldn't resist, and pressed "9" just to let them know how ridiculous they are.
Picked up on a old land line that did not have caller ID. No one answered the phone so I hung up. Later I checked my cordless and the number came up as phone scam.
Received a call from them today but didn't pick up since I don't know a soul in Attica, OH. I'm originally from OH and never heard of this town and from the looks on Google, it's a blip on the map ~ blink once as you drive through and you miss the town. Something tells me someone may be working out of their home (?) After researching, since I won't pay to get this info, it is an unpublished number and it is a landline.Contact your phone company and see if they have the Do Not Disturb feature. It only cost about $1 more a month ~ what it does ~ you don't hear the ring when the call first comes in. The call is answered by the phone companies automated system and the caller is told to Press 1 if they want to talk to a person ~ since these calls are usually computer generated, it doesn't recognize the instructions so it hangs up. You aren't bothered by a ringing phone from callers you don't want and eventually, they may remove your number but if they don't, who cares? lol
