got call this am reported to credit card holder we canceled the card immediatedly. said they could lower interest rates the card holder said that is not true. they send that information by mail. I dont know what they intend to do but what they say is not true they are suppose to sent me papers in mail, we will see if I get them and what they say.

I just filed a complaint against this number as well.... The same "Rachel from card services" press 9 and get Indian with thick accent... I've been getting this call from this number for months now even though I demand they not call my number anymore. This time after being told to wait on hold while he removes my number, the Indian proceeds to inform me that he is going to "Cut off my F'ing head and S@%T down my throat" as well as making numerous obscene references about myself and other members of my family he thought would provoke me. I hope the AG and FCC finally step up and DO their JOB by shutting these thieves down and prosecuting them!

Called today - the caller ID said "Phone scam" - naturally, I didn't bother answering it.

Just had a call to my home phone which is registered with the do not call regristry.....have heard of this scam from a friend so knew not to pick up

. They wanted to talk to me about lowering my credit card interest rates......to have my card in hand to answer their questions... I told them I paid my card in full and was not interestefd and I hung up. I then looked up my caller Id and it showed to be a sham telephone call.

I'm getting calls saying: This is an important phone call from your credit card - I hang up. Tonight, I get a call & the id showed Phone Scam: 567-248-4400. How do I get these calls stopped?

I received a call from the following number 567-248-4400 and I am going to block calls from them, This has happened several times.

I got a call from this # last night(9/19/11),and it came up on my caller ID as phone scam! I didn't answer.

I know, right? That's pretty funny. Actually said "Phone Scam" for me too. I guess if you fall for this call you almost deserve it. Crazy.Hopefully someone got sick of their crap and hacked the scammers so that would show in the caller ID that way.I guy can dream.MM
