Scam. I just received a call from these clowns. After I pressed 9 on the phone to speak to a live operator, and waited about 3 minutes, I found myself talking to a CSR with a very thick foreign accent. He wanted to get me a lower rate on my Chase credit cards. I asked him which one....and he told me my Chase MasterCard....when I told him that I didn't have a Chase MC only a Visa he said that he could see where I had a $4000 balance on the card, and I told him that there better not be that they all had a zero balance.....he then asked me if I had my latest statement and what the account numbers were....when I chuckled, he hung up. I called the number back and all I get is a fast busy.This has to be a scam.

Just received the call telling me this was my last chance to lower my rates. I press 9 to speak with a live operator. Their phone rang back 10 times, then they picked it up and hung up on me. I too amd on the no call list. Just a bit of info. if you do have a credit card you need to notify company that you want them to remove you fron their call list. If you have an open account with them, they will also call you with promotional info. Most people is unaware of this. Next time you mail a payment drop a note in the same envelope. We all need to report this company to your states attorney general's office. I will contact mine first thing in the morning. As today is Sunday December 26.

I answered the phone and waited, as soon as the recording started I hung up. The calls just never end.

Called 12-29-2010 @ 11:22, left no message on working recorder. Looks like another call not answered, best treated that way.

someone call me too early did not leave any messages. i tried to call them back but they won't pickup the phone.

Called at 7:28 on a Fri. night. I justs let it ring out, thinking it was probably some computer.

this is no legit business. telemarketers can't hang up on you. I asked them how they got my number cause i'm on the no call list and they hung up.

This is a call coming fom convicts in a prison. Don't waste your time talking to these scumbags. They are where are for doing this on the outside.
