I'm glad I found this site. My mother just recieved a call asking for me and my mother said I don't live here. My mom dosent speak english well so they said we will get an interperter my sister started to speak to them and they said we can't speak to you and its none of yoru business. We can only speak to yoru brother (they said my full name) or you mother. My mother didn't say anything because she didn't understand and they were very rude to my sister. I have been trying to call the 617-717-4395 number and its been busy. I am going to report them as well theyneed to be stopped harrassing people. My mother is old and she was panicing thinking something was wrong with me.

I have been harassed by OSI for months now and finally called FedEx to see if there actually was an issue with a buyer's account -- she used her number to pay for FedEx shipping for a product I sold her -- or anything under my name. OSI told me $50 some dollars was due from a mailing and that alone was suspicious because it wouldn't have cost that much to send that order. FedEx assures me that nothing is due. In the very first phone call I asked if this was going to affect my credit rating and they said it wouldn't. I haven't checked it but I will now. But it looks like because they created a non-existant charge for this scam with me they knew they couldn't claim that (strange, considering their lack of integrity on every other front). I called the company and talked to someone named Heather and told her I was onto them and to never call my number again and she said that in order to discuss the bill she had to read some legal information first. I told her that what she was doing was ILLEGAL so any legal info she has I'm not interested in hearing. "This conversation is OVER." And I hung up. I'll be contacting the authorities via the numbers provided -- thanks folks, and I'm very interested in class action as well. Let's do it! They were dumb enough to send me paperwork discussing this fake bill. Someone's going to end up in prison.

They used to call about student loan consolidation. Haven't been answering them.

I contacted this group after my defaulted student loans were sold to them. They are weird, but I don't think they're bogus.

A man just called my cell phone from a strange phone number. he asked me to verify my full name and then asked me to verify my birth date. at that point i did not answer his question and ask him who he was and who he represented. he evaded my questions and he became very rude. when i threatened to hang up the man hung up first. i reversed searched his phone number and found the same Dublin, Ohio (franklin county) land line as the rest of you. im very happy to know that i am not alone on this suspicious occurrence and i suggest you all to check your credit report.

Rec'd a "missed" call on my cell phone. i did reverse phone number lookup on computer. It was from dublin, OH. I know no one there. No msg was left.

I keep getting calls from this number. I finally answered after a month's worth of missed calls. Turns out they have been calling my home as well as my work #'s. When i asked why they were calling my work line, they said it's the only number they had for me...weird since they've been calling my home as well. after talking to Josh i was told that i need to pay them the debt i owe for my schooling. they kept asking for my checking account information (which i didn't give). I was told if i didn't pay they were going to garnish my wages thru my work place, and that filing for bankrupcy wouldn't help me and the only way out of this was to pay them. I already set up a payment plan twith the IRS, and can't afford to have $900 a month taken out of my checks. At first the monthly payment was like $900 a month, then 500 then 300 then lower. I had no clue what was going to happen, i was thinking if this happened to me I'd be homeless, wish i knew about the site before i gave them my credit card # for the monthly payments. What can I do?

I never answer a number I don't recognize, I let them leave a message and if it's a valid call I'll return it. I've been getting missed calls from this number nearly every single day Mon thru Sun for quite a few weeks now. not once has anyone left a message. Which leads me to believe this must be some sort of bull. glad to have found this and know I'm not alone.
