I receive this call today but no answer, SPAM caller has been call ing me at the same time every day
Female caller with a foreign accent from a call center said she was from Microsoft Windows "computer company". She said my computer was sending messages to them about being outdated and she wanted me to go to my computer and login to help me fix it. Seriously? Needless to say I ended the call.
7:30am this morning I got a call from this number. There was no one there, then just a recording saying "Goodbye" and the phone disconnects. I did get several computer scam calls from various numbers with the callers having heavy Indian accents. I played with them a bit, wasting their time, and now I wonder if they put me on some revenge list because they call every day now. I keep blocking the numbers.
Same number, this time I stayed on until someone talked to me. Some guy with an East Indian accent tole be they detected a problem with my computer. I responded "what computer?" He hung up. I think next time I'll ask them which computer and see what happens then!! I love leading these idiots on!! The guy stated Microsoft Windows as the company name.
Got a call, answered in another language, they hung up. Reading this thread, this is the second call about my Microsoft security in a couple of hours. They call constantly. How many times do I have to tell them that I have an Apple, so no Microsoft software. Someone out there please find a way to stop these callers. I tried to block the number, but it's not a real number so can't even block it.I get at least 10 robocalls a day. Will it never end?
Same number, I was at my parents and my mom answered the phone. Once she realized it was a scam caller (I have educated my parents on these) she handed me the phone. The woman explained to me that there was some type of suspicious activity detected and she could help. I calmly asked "which computer" and she stated the "Windows computer." I told her this didn't help, but I did calmly explain to her that I knew she was full of, uhm, fecal matter, and that I work in IT (I do) and that I know she's trying to run a scam. She stammered a little and attempted to tell me it was not a scam, at which time I informed her I believed she should attempt to establish an existence more in line with civilized society and not that of horse-manure, and that she should kindly copulate off. She hung up after this.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.
