Showed up on my phone as Private number Private..... but on my COX TV it showed as United Health . (i have recently had legitimate contact with United Health) No message, but made my phone go to alert that the phone was off the hook. Is this picking up my calls to or from others???

The caller number bellow is a fraud number, left no message, please investigate. Thank you for your time.

phone ringed looked at caller I D it said Twin Cities MN, I thought that was odd so I did not answer.I then went online and came to spot. My mind was right.

I receive calls from this number about once a month. I do participate in the program through my husband's employer and UHC. I have very complicated and very serious chronic health problems; I am hospitalized fairly frequently and I have an assigned nurse who keeps in touch with me and helps me navigate my disease management. I have nearly a dozen specialists even more meds and while I've managed on my own for more than twenty years, it's not getting any easier, and it is very helpful to have this nurse to help me figure out which specialist to go to with a new symptom, or help me find new doctors or other services when necessary. My nurse has informed me of benefits that I am entitled to that I did not know were even available to me. I understand completely how off-putting it is to receive an unsolicited call an to immediately be asked such personal questions. Ideally, this service would be more clearly announced and identified, but I can tell you from my own experience THIS SERVICE IS COMPLETELY LEGIT and rather helpful. I do recommend trusting them and trying out the service- you're already paying for it (through your insurance premiums).

I have recently refilled a medication through optum rx which works with United Healthcare. They called & left a message to call them back at 8 888-290-7734 with a reference #. I did & it was a stupid automated thing which had me enter my birthdate & reference # just to tell me my order had not went through yet....then it tried to upsell me on something. Ridiculous...they could have emailed me to tell me that. Hope I'm not sorry for saving a few bucks switching to a mail order pharmacy.

Do not answer any questions asked from this number. They wanted to know if I had my annual check up and when is the day of my appointment. I told them that that is not their business and I asked them what is the purpose of this call. I don't have United Health as my provider. She could not answer my question and hung up. When someone calls you, beware of the answers you give. NONE!!!! Please!!!!

Not quite sure why people think this is a scam number. I've been dealing with UHC for a week now and this is the number for one of the calls I got from a rep. ITS A LEGIT NUMBER PEOPLE

Yes, this number is indeed communication link from United Health Care. Our experience was related to a driver calling forfurther directions in order to pick up a patient for amedical appointment.
