This number called me and was United Healthcare's Prescription Solutions reminding me that it was time to reorder my monthly prescription.
This is a legit number for United Healthcare. If you're concerned about privacy, you can simply ask the person for their direct number and call them back. They have a specialty management program for some of their medications, so they will ask for your health history and other medications that you're taking. It's an optional service, so you're not obligated to participate and they are fine with this.
that would be true if they only contacted their patients. I don't use then but they just called me to verify my prescription. It's a scam.
I got a call from this number and it was Prescription Solutions, a mail order pharmacy, calling to update me about an order we had placed. They are a United Healthcare Company.....
On 10-8-2010 @ 3:01 pm and 3:03pm I did receive call from this number after I called a company by the name of Evercare earlier today in response to a letter that had been mailed out to me dated 9-29-2010in which a woman by the name of Adrana Mandala who is supposed to be a service coordinator associate for Evercare Texas LLC.I am on the Texas and National No Call list and have never given my number to United Health Care.I will be filing with the Texas and National No Call List against this company.
Hi there, Just wanted to ease your concerns. Yes the caller Id will either say UHG/ United Healthcare/ or Optum. Optum is a branch from UHG. It is actually still the same company. As for the missing message, our calls are dialed out by a system that only connects the UHG Coordinator and the Member only when the call is answered. Sometimes when answering machines come on, the call won't go to the UHG Coordinator and therefore.... No Message. I Hope this has cleared some of your concerns.
