Just got this call. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. When I asked to be taken off the list the woman said she couldn't do it and I should have pressed "2" on the recording. I told her too bad - you called me, take me off the list. I asked to speak to her manager, she said "no." I got mad and started using a little bit of profanity, which she used right back at me. I asked again to speak to her manager. She said no again. I asked her name, she said "I am not giving you my name." She then said, "I'm not the one in credit card debt - you are." I laughed at her. She finally put on "her manager" who said he can't take me off the list but can put a list to call me "eight times a day." He then said "did you know I am authorized to put a hold on all your credit card accounts tomorrow. I have them here in front of me." I asked "name which accounts you have in front of you?" He then hung up. It scared the hell out of me. I immediately called the phone company and asked them to mark my account that I believe I may have been part of a scam. I recommend you do it too.

SOS here! They call atleast 4 times a week. I am on the do not call list. I have pressed 1 and told them that, they told me ok I will remove your number, then they hung up on me. They then call back the next day. I have pressed 1 again, told them that I have requested to be removed several times. Nothing works! It is a business phone and I loose money when I have to deal with them.

I said hello and they said nothing. The line was not dead so I do not know why they didn't say anything when I answered.

I received a phone call from them about an hour ago. Ive been researching them since! I decided to "play" along with the recording. The guy on the other end asked me if i thought he was a F***ing fool. He used the word repeatedly. I immideately told him i would get him for harassment charges if the calls did not stop. I have asked to be removed from their calling list numerous times in the past month. This is ridiculous!

4/28/2008 5:50pm CST Marketing a credit card lower interest rate.

I just got this call about 5 minutes ago (5:31pm EST). The recording stated they could lower my interest rate on my credit card. It sounded like the automated phone calls from 1 of my credit cards. So I went along with it and a guy answered. He started asking me questions about my credit cards and my standing with them. I asked him what credit card he was with and he said all of them...basically I found out that he was a telemarketer that was going to get my high interest rates lowered to 6.9%. I told him to remove me. He said ok fine keep being in debt because your being idiotic. WTF!!! Why can't we get these F***ers in trouble?? Why can't we call them back?! ARG!!!

Got a call from 772-664-4005 and the caller id stated Russian Federat. I called the number back and it stated that this number is no longer in service.

You're onto something because they phone my landline which rolls over to my cell phone and the number always comes up as +7726644005 just like any other inbound international calls. I wonder if "call trace" or something like that couldn't find out the real call details ... not just the number they are spoofing.

Rang and rang and left no message at my home. I'm not calling them and I'm never going to answer their call. I am however keeping a record of all unknown callers and numbers and submitting them to my state rep, federal rep and any reps within the area codes I find these calls come from.
