If there is no name that is not in my directory and/ or there is no name other other identifier, I feel no obligation of any kind to answer. Mostly, I don't answer any call unless I feel like it, even if I do know the person. This was an obvious scam and mine came in at 2:30 pm.
Got a call on my cell at 8:30 A.M. saying they master card is locked, press 4. I called master card, it's fake.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
