You keep getting calls because the government has legalized spoofing.....IT NEEDS TO BE OUTLAWED.
7863002335 called - said from some bank / bank card service...that my credit or debit card had been suspended, and to press '1' to reach security dept to resolve... Called other of my #s so must have picked contact info from some files containing multiple contact info...
I got one saying my German America Debit card was locked.... We JUST got a G/A bank in my area 2 months ago and haven't even set foot inside it. Brilliant work scammers...at least do it smart
I got a call from this number, but it was late at night and I didn't answer, when looking at the voicemail, it just sounded like Siri saying "security department". Even if they had told me my card was deactivated or such, I would've known it was a scam because I don't currently have a debit/credit card.
Called my AT&T cell at 12:47 AM...I did not answer...why can't these criminals be stopped???

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
