Had the same call at my work phone answering machine by a computerized voice saying that my debit card was cancelled on August 20, 2014. An obvious scammer trying to get account info.
I got a call from this number at 4:02 am asking me to enter my credit card number. It was obviously a scam but it woke me up and I could not go back to sleep. This number should be deactivated.
Just got an automated call from this number stating my debit card had been locked. To re activate, they requested I enter my 16 digit number. Obviously a scam. No company identified. Never able to get a live person.
Received a call from this # saying my debit card had been suspended and to press 1 to reactivate.
SPAM / SCAM. Same computer voice that everyone else is reporting. Says your debit card is canceled. Called vacation home that has no debit card tied to the phone number. BUSTED!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
