Comcast called to confirm an installation for new service. Very nice and professional female caller.

As I saw an 800 number I didn't answer. They left a voicemail: it says they are Comcast waiting for some equipment to be returned; they suggest to go to Comcast.com to see the return locations. I actually have business with Comcast but I never gave them the phone number they called. (And they are not supposed to receive any equipment back from me.) Were they looking for somebody that had my phone number before me?

I just received a call from this number but didn't answer since I didn't know who it was. They did leave a message...It was an automated message from Comcast advising they have a question on my account and asked me to call them back. I mailed my payment a few days later than I should have, so I'm sure that's what they wanted. Don't know how or why they have my cell number though, which is pretty annoying.

If this is Comcast calling their customers then they should have the F'in decency to leave a F'in message in stead of interrupting 5 tiimes a day. It's no wonder they're losing customers! F-OFF already!

My Wife and I are going crazy with this phone number #1-800-266-2278,keeps calling are house 2or 3 times a day and when we pick it up no body is there and now we don't pick it up and see who it is and it is the same number and doesn't say anything to my leave message machine,can anybody help us stop all this ,????? thank you for reading this by for now {{Polock}}P.S.maybe we should all go to comcast building and stand there until they stop these calls?let Comcast give us the buses.[[ha]]
