Yes, I'm a Comcast customer so I answered after the first ring, but then there was only silence; I hung up after waiting at least 10 seconds. Comcast, GET YOUR STUPID ACT TOGETHER. Idiots.
I got call from them today. I googled the number real quick and saw it was coming back as comcast. We have comcast in my apartment, but its under my roomates name. but when i answered the phone, it wasnt comcast. it was national grid?? so i hung up and called the number back, and it went to comcast??
Comcast is pretty much the worst company ever but its not a scam its a survey you get after speaking with a customer service represntative
